I got pregnant when I was just fat and happy at 190. Fully preg-o I got aaaaaaaaall the way up to 229. After I had the baby and the whole breast feeding thing I went down to 195. Getting Easier!
Went on a walk last night with my walkin buddy and suddenly I realized, it was easier. We turned up the speed a notch or two and both of us ended up a little sore, but in a really great way. Maybe in two more weeks we can start running! Doing a little victory dance. Hold on.... Still dancing....

Cookie Hangover
I have been eating lower carb for the last month or so. Made beef stew last night and had a pice of sour dough bread to go with it. I also decided chocolate chip cookies for dessert were a good idea. My heart was kind of racing last night like I had too much coffee and I feel really out of it this morning. Cookie hangover!!
