What I know for sure.

Weight-loss is not is not a food or an exercise. It is a decision you make at every meal and every workout.
Your reason for wanting to has to loom larger in your field of vision than any reason not to.
What you do OK consistently is more important than what you great once.
When you exercise you must make your body uncomfortable.
You must love yourself to thinness, not hate.
Water is very important.
So is sunblock.
And flossing.

    One thing that clicked with me this time is that the process is 90% mental... if you're in the right frame of mind everything else comes naturally.

    Now have to print this very large and keep it where I can see it.

    It's kind of wordy for a tattoo....
