What I know for sure

Options
Weight-loss is not is not a food or an exercise. It is a decision you make at every meal and every workout.
Your reason for wanting to has to loom larger in your field of vision than any reason not to.
What you do OK consistently is more important than what you great once.
When you exercise you must make your body uncomfortable.
You must love yourself to fitness, not hate.
Water is very important.
So is sunblock.
And flossing.

    Thank you for this one :) I was sooo intent on getting my walk in a lunch earlier this week that I completly forgot the sunscreen (being a pale freckle face red head) and was quite pink after my 40 min walk... :)

    Don't forget the sunscreen!! :)
