  • No, not at this time... I actually bought the m400 because i read that it would support mfp, but then found out that it only worked with iphone app. So hoping they will fix it soon. Well since mfp thinks i will burn 2500 calories in normal day life with a low activity level, i do think it will be rigth to add everything…

My experience was burning about 600-700 cal from the first workout... Just thinking - if your burning moore.... u should eat even moore exercise calories. :wink: Good luck.

  • Hi. I've just used mfp for one month.... so I havent hit an plateau yet :) But I do belive eating moore is the right way to go. Try it for a couple weeks. Don't give up.... you have done a fantastic job so far!!! One thing that nobody has mentions in this tread is "zigzagging" I havent tried this myself, but try searching…

But ive read that the best time for getting proteins/karbs for the body is right after training, and no more than one hour after training. The box says that amount for one serving, but maby it's to sell…
  • I do eat most of the things mentions here.... My breakfast usualy is between 150-250 kalories, so i will try to eat some more. Maby like 350, and get some fresh fruit also. I will alsp try to exercise followed by a good shower to waken up some more. :) PS: I drink coffee.... but I can drink 4-5 cups the first two hours…
