  • My aunt told me that my face looked thinner and I have noticed a difference in my arm tone and in my love handles. My problem area is thighs, hips and butt and it is always the last place I lose. So I won't be going down any sizes until I start to notice changes there.
  • My first goal is 150. I really want to judge it by how I feel and the size of my clothes. I know that I am toning using JMBR as opposed to just losing weight. So I guess I will try and get to 150 and see from there!

  • I am up a pound this week. I only worked out 2 days last week and we had a lot of eating out. I also have been on meds all week b/c I was sick so...yuck. This week will be better and I want to lose at least 2 lbs! Happy Monday!

  • I have been doing the shred with another group and alot of people were doing what was suggested by Jillian Michaels in her podcast. Shred day, Shred day, Cardio day, Shred day, Shred day, Cardio day, Rest day. It takes a little longer, but gives your muscles a break and the cardio is really great for dropping the lbs!
