I could lose 100 pounds depending on how much i'm going for...right now I'm 32 pounds from ONEderland...so that's my first goal! I use my fitbit daily...does anyone else use one? Hi there! I'm much shorter than you...but I was down to 214 before I had my baby and that's the closest to 200 I can ever remember being. Now I'm 234 and can't seem to move from that spot...but that's still much better than the 294 I used to be. I'm 29 and you can feel free to add me too <3

I had the Lapband done in April 2011, and I lost about 80 pounds...I had a baby in Dec 2013 and gained about 20 pounds back...and I've having trouble losing that 20 pounds again. I guess it depends on how you're cooking it because when I weigh out 5 oz raw or frozen it doesn't shrink at drastically as everyone is saying on here. It might go down to 4 oz at the lowest. But like I said, I weigh it raw/frozen and use that as my weight for measuring calories

Weigh it frozen, and that's what you put on MFP and then don't weigh it again after its cooked. You're just confusing yourself

I like to make it and dip apples in it! Or I toast some whole wheat bread, spread it on and then chop up some banana as well and throw it on there! so yummy! :-)

I always feel AMAZING when I'm done working out. I'm happy that I finished my workout and I know I'm healthier for it. Plus the endorphins are probably helping me feel pretty good too! Usually if I'm pissed off I'll go work out to feel better! :-)
