Started out at 307 lbs. Thought if I got to 200 lbs I'd be ok. I was so very mistaken. I'm shooting for 160 lbs now.0

I started at 324. Last year I got down to 280 but I lost my focus and I am back up to 312. I do not want to see 300 anymore. I am looking for friends on here0

I was 332 at the start of the year and already I've lost a noticeable amount of weight. This site is a big help.0

I was 370 when I joined my gym last February. I am 285 now. Work and sweat and watch everything you eat. That doesn't mean you can't enjoy food and life; just remember that actions have consequences. Good and bad.

My highest on record (I have pictures where I believe i may have been bigger) was 362. I started MFP at 325 last April and am now 227. I am Hoping to get to 170.0

Started this healthy lifestyle at 296 Sept 2011. My max high was 309 ( makes me sick when I think of that number). Now 220 or 222 cant remember which as I'm yoyoing right now. You can be successful too as you can see by all the post you have gotten. Just take it one day at a time, one second if you have to.0

Yep I started a year ago at 312 lbs and now I'm 205. My goal is 180 I'm 5'9" so I think it will be realistic and a healthy weight for me to maintain.0

Not 300, but close enough. I started at 270, and now I am 190.
Ive been losing for years. Honestly...I went from 270 to 230 and stayed there for a while....then decided to get back to it. Now I am down to 190. My goal is 169, and then I will see from there.
It has taken years, I am not one of those done in one year success stories haha. But, as slow as it has been, I have kept it off, and that to me is most important.0
