CAKE!!!!! Chocolate is bad too, but eating a little peanut butter kills the craving. I tried dark chocolate Hershey Kisses becaue somebody lied and said they are so rich you can only eat one or two....RIGHT.

This happens to me on occasion when I miss class for a while...it never last long. Stick with it regularly and it should pass. I also like to eat Snackwell's high protein cerial bar and water about 20 min. before class:)

For me it's bad because I feel like I can't get ful!! AND...I get cravings like I'm pregnant!!! HATE THAT!!! I just remember that you burn more calories during this time and try to exercise more even if I don't feel like it:)
