My husband would readily agree with anyone who said anything like that...he always ask how a guy like him, got a girl like me (I just laugh at him) but I do know a guy who gets those comments and it enrages him (I'm guessing his self esteem is pretty dang low)...

Nah I don't think so...I had a HUGE bottle of prenatals during my pregnancy and have been taking them since then to not be wasteful...I've steadily lost weight even though I am still on them.

Totally! I don't even considor logging my calories a diet! I just keep within my limit and make room to eat a special treat when I want it, or I exercise it off! This is a great site and will help a lot if you can get into it!

I didn't have a chance to breastfeed for too long...but my friend has, she has dropped a lot of weight by just eating healthy (smoothies, healthy sandwiches for lunch and fruits etc.) and not overdoing the junkfood and by either walking or doing to elliptical (20 mins). Pushing yourself too hard can actually release toxins…

Keep it up! When I started jogging I couldn't even make it a minute without feeling like I was going to die, but I did it in increments like you are, breaking up the jogging with walking and now I can run for 30 minutes straight! It takes some time, but it's sooo worth it! You're doing awesome!
