i stil go out like once a month, its hard to go out and find something healthy without eating like a rabbit. Also, i am a chef, so cooking my own food is better anyway.

Bananas and plantains have alot of cal for some reason, and yes to fry them will only make it worse. not to mention the sauce they will serve with it. you would be about the same with the Ethakka Appam, especialy if it is being fried in cocnut oil.

The way i understood it, is if you burn to many cal per day your body gose into a starvation mode were you will actualy gain more weight in the long run. i excercise and burn around 500-900 a day so i eat at least 75% of what i burned off, im still at around 2 1/2 lb weight loss per week. anything more according to…

Cup or tea, helps bring down some of the hunger you think you are haveing, and if you are hungery it well deadin the hunger pains a little till you can make something that is healthy.
