Hello, I heard about this site from my hair stylist. I've lost about 35 pounds on my own by watching what I eat and excerise but I'm at that hill that I cannot seem to go over and have been here for about a month. Any ideas on how to get over the hill and back to losing weight? Any suggest would help.

Have you re-agusted your weight, as you lose weight you may need to intake less kcal's. Im not sure what your physical activity is like, perhaps adding 10 more minuets to a work out rutine or maybe an extra day to your program. just a few ideas. im still new to this. I have spent a great deal of time reserching the methode of cal counting and maneging a particular cal lv. as you get closer to your weight goal you may find it harder since the amount of cal your body intake vs the amount you use up come closer and closer together. you still need a fixed amount for your BMR. things such as brain function circulation and digestion all use cal and if you drop below what it is you need, your body will find other sorces of energy.0
