Lifting heavy doesn't cause women to bulk up unless they're eating at a caloric surplus while doing so. You could try adding in more cardio to see it will calm it down.

I'm doing my second next year in may. I did my first show in the NPC bikini division back in march. My midsection, face, and shoulders slim out first. My lower body is the last lol especially the thighs and hips.

I personally use eggs, quinoa, whey, veggie burgers, and occasionally tempeh as my protein sources and I'm able to get about 110-130grams a day..it's not that much to a lot of people but it works for me and I'm able to stay in my calorie range.
