I think you need to eat more food during the day, hun. You aren't even hitting 1000 calories a day...and then you are working out. If I were you, I would eat the banana and the oatmeal,because you need to fuel your body!

Oh okay...I will pay more attention to eating to fuel myself better before my runs. I usually have 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 banana and tablespoon of peanut butter about 1 to 1 1/2 hours before my run. Should I add something to this? And I never really thought much about my breathing. I don't think I have a problem…

A workout burn...of course. I'm not hurting :smile: ...but 5.1 mph seems to be a comfortable pace.
