I really am hoping this will give me the motivation to really get moving. I just got back into this after about a month off and to lose 10 pounds this month would be awesome!

I have joined the lose 5lb in July challenge as I joined the 10lb in May and July, and lost like 4lbs in the whole 2 months! (yes im not joking)
I wanted to join a more realistic challenge as the 10lb a month isnt working out so well for me, however I still could use with the extra motivation, therefore I have decided to join the 10lb too (just in case I can better the 5lb)

Aaaaarrrgh, less than 12 hours until I weigh in, the scales hasn't hated me all week, I am really hoping for some further loss tomorrow morning!!!
