God laid this idea on my heart to keep a fitness journal. I've been keeping a regular journal for about 2 weeks now and it has definetly changed my life and helped me focus my thoughts and prayers. I know a fitness journal is not new or innovative but I was thinking of writing about my workouts, eating, goals and other issues that are on my mind in regards to my weight loss journey. I know the site has a place for this but I would prefer to just buy a journal. Does anyone else do this, what has your success been so far?

    If you were to run into a rut, then maybe the journal will help you determine where that rut lies. Also, it can be a healthy tool for you and keep you focused. I know I love reading your comments, and you are motivating me, so anything to keep you keeping on!

    This is a good Idea. At one point I too wanted to start a workout journal but dismissed the idea. But I just may start one after seeing your post :-)
