Music Bpm for running?
Hello, I am trying to create a mix of music so that I can start running again. My goal is to run 5.0 mph so I would like to find music to help me stay at that pace. Does anyone know how many bpm (beats per minute) I should seek in my music? A number range would be helpful (ex. 135 bpm). Thanks.
