I do! I am going to be honest and say I don't love it. It did get my heart rate up, but I really enjoy the energy of the class more. I am going to sell it back to Amazon. Just my opinion though, others might love it.

Hi! Feel free to add me! I am also relosing weight that I had lost before and a mom of two!
-
Ok- I did level 3 today because I couldn't find the DVD remote and I couldn't move it off of week 3. Soooooo I did it and it was tough! I will do level 2 tomorrow (found the remote) but my legs are screaming. All I have to say is.....duck walk, quite tough! ETA: week 3 is very fast paced and it flew by!

Day 1 of level 2 completed! Typical day 1 with me cursing Jillian, but I know I will get better by the end of the week. I knew I was in trouble when she said "No weights" in the second circuit and I was right!

I am 5'6 and 142. I am small framed and looking to lose 10lbs, but am more interested in firming up the soft spots (thank you babies!) Feel free to add me!

Day 6 completed today! I am choosing Monday as my rest day since that is a hectic day. I peeked at week 2 and am excited to try it. Ripped in 30 was my reward for finishing 30 Day Shred so I am already researching what my next reward (JillianDVD) will be. Plus I had an awesome run so today was great! ETA: my shins are…

Me! I graduated from the C25K a few months ago and I am slowly adding distance. It is really therapy for me and I'm always in the best mood after a good run! Feel free to add me. I love having runner friends on MFP.

I did Day 4 today and it is getting easier. Of course, I am still doing the modification for the push ups and the abs in the second circuit, but other than that I am following it. I burned over 300 calories today and I notice I burn more when I run before the Ripped in 30 workout.at other times it is 247-277 with working…

Day 1 completed. 317 calories burned!

Hi! Tomorrow is the big day! I completed the 30DS in August after doing it 28 days in a row. I didn't lose lbs (thanks to a new birth control pill), but I did lose inches. I didn't take measurements prior to starting, but I could tell based on how my clothes fit. I am excited to start his challenge and see the difference.…

I have a small frame and my GW is 130. I will see how I feel and go from there. My previous regular weight was 120, but that was before babies and my forties, so I will be realistic.

I was on WW, but started gaining on the new Program. I was sick of counting Points and being afraid to eat my Activity Points. I find MFP much easier (huge database of food) and I lost 6lbs in 2 weeks. Now I have no problems eating my exercise calories and I am losing! I am not knocking WW because it works for a lot of…

Hi-feel free to add me! I have a pretty high chance of getting Type 2 Diabetes since I had gestational diabetes with both pregnancies. So I am trying to prevent that from happening. I am new to MFP, but not to weight loss so I am happy to share what I have learned and give support.

Thank you everyone! This community is great! And it is nice to now have a news feed that is not just all of my news.

We always brought food in so I never checked for NI. They do allow you to bring in your own food in small coolers so I would pack stuff for my family. Actually my husband would eat the fried corn dog, but the rest was healthy snacks. However, we live 30 minutes away so this was pretty easy to do. I did see some healthy…
