How many cortisone shots did you have? Had one 3 weeks ago and my knee still very sore. Thinking of going for a second opinion. Started swimming, and building alot of muscle , but no riding :( Our cycling season starts now until March and I am so frustrated with this knee!!!!!!!! I need to ride!!!

:smile: Thanx! Cut off time is 3 hours. I will have a look at the training plans suggested! Doing a 10k tommorow morning to see what my time is. The route is also uphill alot, but I hope the scenery will distract me. (Two Oceans Half Marathon, Cape Town, ZAR)

Well, I started running 3 months ago, and can do a 5k run in 30 min. I did a 10k race in 1h10 the other day, and am currently training for my first ever 21k in April next year. I also do Tony Hortons P90x program, and it has helped me so much with endurance!!! KEEP ON RUNNING!!!!!!!

Hi everyone! Bought my P90X today, and can't wait to start! There is quite alot of reading to do, and understanding all the phases and stuff. What is the best time of the day to do the exercises? Do I eat anything before I do it first thing in the morning? I am sooooo excited!!!

It is not that hard to follow! Plan your meals ahead, and portion your food in ziplock bags as soon as you get home from the store. I do all my meal planning and portioning on a Sunday for the week ahead, and it makes food preperation a breeze! Drink lots of water, and go for a 20 -30 min walk every day. I love this diet -…
