What part of your body did you first notice the weight loss?

first for me was my face
then arms
then stomach
and now finaly starting to shred my thighs I`ve gone from a tight size 16 to a current 11/12 jean and they are getting loose yay0 -

I can only tell it in my face unless I look very very closely. But I've lost 6 inches off my waist so it's obviously happening other places, I just can't tell it because I'm looking at myself every day I guess0

Even though my co workers may have noticed it in my face. For me, I first noticed in my stomach when I put on a shirt and the buttons weren't missile hazards.0

Everyone in my family noticed my neck. As does any good Scotsmen, we hold a lot of weight in our neck.
I gotta be honest, the last place I will EVER see weightloss is my legs though. I have super thick (not fat, i wouldnt say muscular, but not fat either) calves, and the upper legs to match0 -
Where you lose weight first is genetically determined. My upper body got thin enough to see bones but I still have "thunder thighs". They are smaller but still disproportionate to the rest of me. I have always been a pear and still am. Exercise will help with that by toning areas and making them smaller but you can't really spot reduce off fat. I am trying to lose 3-5 pounds now to--hopefully--get rid of a little more leg fat. I think I am like the cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland. The last thing to disappear will be my thighs! Me exactly! Even when I was a kid (and pretty slender!) I had big thighs and bum.
As for me since I started losing weight I'm noticing it in my ankles! Weird place but there we go haha.0 -

Gone from a size G to D (so far), my face but my stomach and thighs are defs clinging
how long did it take these to go down? i went up two cup sizes while prego, and even with all the weight i've lost, they still haven't gotten smaller. i have shirts i still can't wear not bc of tummy, but bc of the girls lol0 -
I lose weight in my face...then my waist...then my boobs. The hardest park for me is from my hips to my calves. At 5'3", I have pretty big calves and legs in general. However, I am truly an hour glass (large bust, large hips, small waist), so I have just learned to accept that that's how I look. When I am really toned, I really love how I look. I'm just trying to get back to being toned and fit (with some weight loss to get me into a healthy BMI, too!)0

find a fun song, use two lb weights, and keep your arms up and moving for the entire song. do it every day for a week and i promise you'll see results. then just up the weights as you build resistance.0 -

My hips. I don't really store fat on my hips or mess much, it all goes on my tummy and arms, so my hips were the first thing to shrink. My tummy fat seems to be the last to go, and I still have a bit of flab on my arms too.0

I'm seeing my belly go down, which in turns makes my love handles seem more pronounced. boooooooooo, love handles! They are getting smaller. They are just taking longer.0

From my face and my shoulders - they're surprisingly, bony! Belly fat is hanging on strongly but as I've dropped
from size 26 pants to size 18 jeans it must be coming off there as well, even if I can't see it.0 -

Definitely my face. The extra neck-chin and chub next to my mouth comes and goes so easily. My arms never seem to get smaller.0
