Too many graduation parties last weekend! Hoping for the weight to remain the same this week! Don't work until the weekend so I need to get a lot done at home. Still getting up early and exercising! I am signing up for a 5 k! My first one ever. Hope it goes well!!

YEAH!! I made my goal!! Goal was 5,500... and I burned 5,721!!! I worked out this morning and figured up my calories burned and I was 11 calories short! Therefore I knew I had to do something after work... So I went over! I cannot believe how much better I am doing,. I am able to run easier than I have been before.

Stay focused... Try to eat at least 1200 calories and exercise! That combo has been the key for me! I have tried to just eat right and just exercise, but I need to do both!! Hopefully this is the last time I have to do this!!
