I love jogging and running. Yesterday at the gym I burned 360 calories in an hour :) I woke up 1.5lbs lighter; On a side note: I have found your body gets use to it and you stop losing weight. I changed up my routine by varying itensity and duration.

I have very sensitive feet and I love jogging and walking. I suggest a pair of asics that you can get at footlocker. The medium to higher price shoe offers great arch support, are comfortable, and breathable. These shoes are also used by the contestants on the biggest loser. Goodluck! P.S. I have a very low tolerance for sodium based products. What works for me is not adding salt and avoiding products with high sodium. Also drinking plenty of water and not eating before bed works just fine. *edit* If your stomach is bloated to the point of extension I highly suggest a bowl of fiberous cereal. It REALLY works…
