I gain 7-8 lbs. Hate it but I do lose it all by the end of the cycle. I purposely do not weigh myself during that TOM! good luck!

I am mostly vegan. The only way I can hit all the protein is to use hemp protein powder. A little pricey but it keeps me full and on target!

I have been making Kefir for years. If you like plain yogurt you will love it. If not, that's okay, I make Kefir berry protein shakes quite a bit!
