35 minute Joe Wicks strength routine with dumbbells - 4 x rounds of 30 seconds of front squats, shoulder presses, goblet squats, rear lunges, and some other moves I've forgotten (oops), followed by a 15 minute cardio and abs workout. Finished with a nice 10 minute stretch so feel all zen and limber now!

Turning the big four-oh this month! Need to lose the twenty pounds that are squeezing me out of my jeans, so please add me and give me a kick up the (growing) posterior :p

I finally finished the Shred last weekend (took 39 days in total) and just want to say keep it up Shredders, you're doing great! On L1 D3 of Ripped in 30 now and feel so much stronger thanks to the Shred. It's so worth it, so keep it going guys :)

L3 D6 done - still plugging away at Shred even though I overate horribly this past weekend. Going to be diligent with the calories this week, and hope to complete Shred by weekend. Ripped in 30 is calling me next as don't think I can give up on Jillian just yet (sorry, FitnessBlender!).

On L3 D4. May post progress pic/s when completed the full 30 days - not too long to go! I log it as 25 mins cardio and set it at 100 cals burned, but I prefer to underestimate my exercise calories.

I started June 1st and have taken six rest days so far, though didn't plan to take more than four. It's good to have an idea of how many rest days to aim for, but don't give up if you take more (which I did in my first two failed attempts)! It's a really good program and you'll still feel results even if you skip a few…

Hi all! :) Just completed L3 D1 - sweating like a sweaty sweat-sock right now. Mantra in my head = nine more days, nine more days.... Truthfully, barring illness, etc., I can't see me going back to how I was before the Shred. Doing exercise most days had given me so much more energy and positivity! I love it! Clearly still…

Boiling here in UK right now - not used to heatwaves - but I've sweated my butt off and am now officially over half way through the Shred. Wahey, Day 16 is in the bag. Compared some photos I took on Day 1 and can see a little bit of a difference, but I've not been eating brilliantly and there may have been a few (ahem,…

How is everybody doing? Still suffering through those star jumps?

I found a link to the workouts if anyone needs them - hope am allowed to post it here... https://www.izlesene.com/video/jillian-michaels-30-day-shred-level-1/7259997

Can I join? Just completed day ten and starting Level 2 tomorrow, but it's so lonely on my own! Let me in, pleeeeease? :)
-
It's meant to be done daily, but I sneak in one rest day per level - it'll go on a bit longer than 30 days, but I know I'll jump ship if I don't have a break every now and then! Currently on Day 9 of Level 1 and 3lbs down even though diet hasn't been the best - happy so far :)
-
I'm on day seven on Level One and have lost about 1lb so far, although I have been cheating on the eating! I feel stronger already, even if I'm not seeing much of a difference yet. Took a photo on day one, so will post comparison with end result in a few weeks :)

Late 30's, Welsh, and into nerdy things. Fallen off the wagon so rebooting my fitness journey. Weekends and booze are my downfalls (as is obvious from my diary!). Looking for new pals for much needed motivation

Fellow girl, fellow nerd here! Based in Wales, UK and trying to stay focused on healthy eating (not doing too badly so far...). Love horror and gaming (got Fallout fever atm), though more of a knitting fan myself :). Feel free to add!

Hallo! Just finished Level 2 of the Shred for the first time (5 minutes ago to be precise - still shaky!). I completed Level 1 of the shred 8 times and felt ready to move on to Level 2 - have taken a few rest days (2-3 days rest out of 7) as 6 continuous days of Jillian is a bit extreme for me! The DVD will probably be the…

Sounds delish - thanks for posting!

South Wales lass here - feel free to add!

Zinc, eh? I'll get on it (in the form of supplements, that is - shellfish are my kryptonite). Thanks!

Hallo! I'm 33, have been in a fantastic relationship for 15 years, and have no desire to pass on my genetic material. In fact I've just got a job after being a skint student for 2 years, so am looking forward spending a bit of dough on a nice holiday and meals out and all those things that kids get in the way of. Not that…

I second the lime and soda water suggestion - it really helps to have something to sip in the evenings, and this drink tastes nicely dry and...grown up, if that makes sense :) P.S. Alcohol is my weakness also. No red wine for me tonight - feeling almost virtuous :)

Not from London, but in the UK at least! Added you if that's okay :)
