Barely a week in MFP and, boom! Full of a flippin' cold :(

No exercise for me until the sniffles have passed, so please share your healthy, immune-boosting recipes for sedentary souls combating the dread germs.

    Zinc. Either take a supplement, or if you like shellfish, eat plenty of oysters.
