  • I am guessing you have to have a Gluten-Free foods. I have a friend who's little boy requires gluten free food also. Any recepe's you can depart with would be awsome.
  • I have a hard time drinking plain water myself. On top of that, the water at my work is horrible tasting unless I flavor it. Because of that, I drink my 8+ glasses of water a day with the assistance of Crystal Light and other flavorings.
  • Something to try before going to your regular doctor would be to see a chiropractor. I have the same problem in my right foot, which is from a pinched nerve. I have to go to the chiropractor to have my hips re-aligned about once a month. Hope this helps.
  • I would probably suggest to build your own. With this method, you can choose the size that you want and the depth that you want. I am sure that the hardware store should have at least one good handyman that can help you design it.

  • I sooo wish I could go during the "Normal" hours. I had to join a 24 hour gym because I work swing shift at a prison and I go to the gym at night so that I can go with my husband who works days.
