i agree, I only log exercise such as sessions on the wii fit and gym but if I do out of the ordinary stuff like heaving boxes into the loft which i spent a whole morning packing and carrying I logged as was not a normal day for me.

try not to obsess about food ..... i used to do that and it ended up making me eat more. Get some friends on here that you can talk to when you are feeling down that may help. As others have said I try to stick to my base allowance and not use my calories gained by exercise and yes vary your exercise as your body gets used…

well done you! Only been on here properly for a week myself so feel free to add me as a friend if you would like to. Just a tip only weigh yourself once a week if you can .... I used to be addicted to standing on scales and is not good :-)

if you are UK i can recommend that Dulcoease or however you spell it .... is not a laxative just softens to help start being regular

Thanks guys ... did look to see if they had a menu with info etc on but no joy so think I will try and work it out from the database and add extra on just to be safe. We dont eat out a lot so shouldnt affect me too badly. Have to say I am loving this site btw
