I have the skechers ones, black and white. I like them. I work 12 hrs a day as a nurse so they get there walking in. I feel a little sore after wearing them. I bought mine online. Now they have them every where.

I am looking for some breakfast ideas under 300 calories. Any suggestions? Today I did 2 egg whites and 1 large egg and kellogs protein water. I may have a banana later for a snack.

thanks everyone. I really need to get back on track. Yes I am very thankful for the loss I have had. With that original gain I got 3 beautiful children from it. Need to be more focused.

I must admit for awhile I was doing really well I was down to 124lbs from a175 then the holidays. I cheated lots now I am paying for it. I am back to 129. I started running again more frequently but need some more motivation. More motivation than my pants feeling tighter. Any suggestions? For the grazing cow? :sad:

If it's your first race I agree stay to the back of the line and towards the sides. The middle of the pack ends up going out fast and you get caught in the mob's pace instead of your own. It's important just to finish. Have fun!:drinker:

I have been running on the TM. But in addition I have been using the 10 minute trainers. Yeah you know the same guy who made p90x. It is so compact and it really gives a good work out. I do 2 of the tapes at once. I love the it. Maybe I am so out of shape but I really do feel it the next morning. Anyone else have good…
