It is hard to say since different people burn at different rates & it depends on how much effort you put into the exercise. Maybe you can do a search on the web to see if others have used those dvds. You are only replacing one meal a day. Many people spend that much on a coffee from Starbucks & that has tons of calories & sugar. Or you can spend that much at a fast food restaurant and get tons of fat & worthless calories. Over all, it is not a bad deal & it is good for you.
