  • you really need to be eating more calories! You body is likely storing what you eat, it is in starvation mode! And yes...unfortunately..exercise!   • I agree with a couple of the other posts....probably water retention or bloating! Try to keep your calorie intake around 1200 cal. your body needs food to burn! Also try keeping track of your sodium intake.

  • My vote is for every day! That way you can get maximum results! Your body does get used to it. I am on day 7 and after my first day I thought I would literally die! Now I can keep up with little problems! I also keep telling everyone this.........Do more stretching before and after than what is on the DVD.
