I wear a HRM and find that the machine generally underestimates the calories when I go really hard on it but over estimates when I am using it just for a warm up to et loose.

No twins on here for me yet. Male 6'4, 117kg Exercise most days, diet is my killer

It is as hard as hell and takes mega discipline but my trainer will only let myself weigh in every 4 weeks. In between that time i need to rely on how my clothes feel to know if i am putting on weight or losing it
