Thank you all for your help! I have bags of raw nuts in the pantry, don't know why I didn't think of it. I eat lots of berries, most of my daily carbs come from berries. We go to the farmers market twice a week to get fresh blue, black, straw and raspberries. I'll look for low sodium pork rinds, maybe at Whole Foods?

I;m on low sodium also, <1500 mgday. I foind out the best meat is roast beef, has a lot less sodum than in the same sise (oz) of chicken or turkey. Run 6 oz of each, beef, chicken and turkey in your food log and see for yourself.

I follow the Primal Blueprint and try to eat 60% fat, 11% carbs and 29% protein. I've never heard of Paleo/Primal being low fat high carb, just to the contrary of that.

I have lost 94 pounds from my fattest. My goal is to have lost 100 pounds by Christmas, and that is before January 1st so I guess that qualifies. I still have 59 pounds to go to reach my “healthy” BMI weight.
