Yeah I can see how foods that normally have gluten and are made to not have it are probably not any better. But what if I cut out foods that normally have gluten? Bread, pasta, chips, etc.?

I've tried two new things today. I'm a horribly picky eater and I have anxiety about trying new foods. But I tried cherries, delicious by the way. I also tried eating apple slices dipped in peanut butter. This wasn't as good, but I will keep at it!

Yes, beautiful eyes!

Thanks everyone, this has been so helpful! I'm going to buy some free weights tomorrow!

Thank you! So sweet!

Curvy! That's what I'll be at my goal.

Try buying Coke and Coke Zero, and mixing them together. That way you can get used to the taste, with much less calories. It's still soda, but easier to quit I think.

I'm almost 20, a sophomore in college and I'm around 182. I'm looking to lose about 40 pounds ideally. I know how it feels! Add me!

Haha he is my boyfriend and he couldn't find me to friend me

I'd like to join!

I've been going over by about 50-100 calories every day this week. Is that too much to see results?
-
I'm in the same situation! I'm a music major, so fitting in practicing and doing school work, there is just no time to put into making healthy meals. But we can do this!

I am a really strange eater and I feel like I'm not getting all the nutrients I need. I don't eat many veggies, though I do eat fruit. I eat a lot of meat and starches. I'm working on it, but I'm in a really stressful point in school and anything to boost me up is a great help!
-
Any fruit or veggies are really great. Even dip them in light, non-fat dressing!

Thanks everyone! I'll just leave him alone and see if my motivate with in turn motivate him. The last thing I want to do it hurt his feelings or make him feel like I don't like who he is, because I do!

Yay encouragement! Let's pass it around!

I like wearing makeup just because it makes me feel beautiful. I find that feeling good about yourself while working out, helping my self esteem and boost my energy. I even try to wear the cutest workout clothes possible. Especially with all those mirrors everywhere!

With me it's that I sit at home thinking about what I want for dinner. And I think "I can cook something, so I can just go to a drive thru, and it'll taste a lot better." Also it takes less time than trying to go to the grocery store more than once a week.
-
I really like how fast food tastes. I get a fried food craving all the time. I love chicken tenders and fries.

That's an awesome idea! I will definitely try writing the date I should finish on the box!

I'm not a huge fan of crystal light, since I don't really like artificial fruit tastes. I have successfully gone cold turkey from soda before. I think I went a few days without one. But then I rewarded myself with one and then I was hooked again.

Try instead of drinking your calcium, take a supplement. That way you still have the calcium, but without the sugar. Drink water instead.

I'm 19 too! And I'm going through the same things. It's really difficult with me and my boyfriend. He is big too and he isn't really trying very hard to lose weight. I would like to meet people on here who I can lend motivation too, since I'm not getting or giving much in real life.

It seems to be normal for a woman's chest to shrink at least a little when we lose weight. Don't worry about your boob size, they are liking to shrink with the rest of your body!
