Haha, I go constantly! There have been times, I go, get back to my desk, and minutes later need to go again! I try to drink at least 100oz of water a day, and tend to do most of it at work - I just look at the bright side - I'm burning calories running (and I mean literally running!) back and forth to the bathroom! :smile:

I agree totally! I quit soda exactly 1 month ago and don't miss it at all. I went back to black coffee, 1-2 cups in the morning, water the rest of the day, and I don't miss it at all!

I always go over my suger but I don't worry about it because I know it's coming from fruits and veggies and not soda and ice cream :)

I bought a shedding rake, and I take the dog outside to do this because once i'm done, there is easily enough fur to cover a whole other dog! Once i get him back inside, I use the vacuum hose, and vac him. He actually seems to like it.

I need to drop about 15 lbs to be at 135. Also, I see everybody saying how hard it is for women to build muscle, and I tend to build "noticeable" muscle very easily. I imagine that's mostly due to having a slight hormone imbalance

I should specify the reason my trainer and I are aiming for a specific number is because I power lift, and I want to be in a specific weight class to compete.

Yogurt makes me gag, but I mix 1 c frozen mixed berries with 1/2 cup vanilla fat free yougurt with 1 c Trop 50 oj and 2 tbs ground flax seed. Sometimes I add half a banana. My guess is your body is adjusting. Make sure you're getting enough fiber and drinking lots of water.

I'm a big fan of throwing on my mp player and just dancing around. I usually burn anywhere from 250-300 calories (I use an HRM) in a half hour, and it's kind of fun :smile:

I just saw on the Dr Oz show this week about the benefits of taking apple pectin. When you take it before a meal it expands and allows your body to breakdown (?) food slower so you feel fuller much longer. He says 500mg 3x a day before your meals. Just a thought :flowerforyou:

There are two things I hate seeing at the gym... girls with a full face of makeup and girls with perfect hair! When I leave the gym, my make up is off, my mascara is smeared (i go right from work) and my hair is dripping and all over the place! I may not be pretty, but at least I looked like I worked! I fix my chocolate craving (usually..) with sliced strawberries, unsweetened cocoa powder and a little bit of reddi whip. It's pretty good when you mix it up and the whip cream gets all chocolatey. Yum!
