I understand that muscle weighs more then fat, but any idea how much more? I always thought the more I burned, the more food I would need. Sometimes I feel like the more I workout, the less hungry I am, or maybe I just don't have the energy TO eat. How do I figure out the calories of a home made meal? So far I have kept it simple, like 1 hard boiled egg, 1 tomato, 2 tbs dressing and so on. Now I am about to make stuffed peppers and have no idea how to do this. I assume I need to figure out the calories for each ingredient? And then if i make four servings, quarter…
