Agreed guys! ^_^ You're right- I guess I keep forgetting that this isn't only about me getting to my goal weight but also incorporating my love of ethnic foods into my regular diet- without going over board.

I do indulge as a reward -- but I've gotten into the habbit of avoiding foods without solid nutrition information. I'm talking more of their snack foods like their cakes and cream puffs. Sorry about that! I actually do try to eat off at least some of my exercise calories. Although I have to admit the week where I was running almost daily I was only estimating how munch I was loosing since I was sure how fast I was running- I know for those days I was careful not to over eat on my calories. I do this on my work days. Since there's so much temptation at work, it's nice to have a diet plan to fall back on.
