  • It has always been my understanding that you weigh the food before it is cooked. I know for sure you weigh meat before it is cooked so I would think it is the same for all food. The potato probably lost a lot of water in the cooking process!
  • This seems to be the case for me too. Also, if I drink a cup of coffee in the morning before breakfast I tend not to eat until later in the morning.
  • Egg burritos! I use 1/4 cup Egg Beaters (30 cal), Ole Mexican Foods Low Carb/High Fiber wrap (only 71 cals!), and a tablespoon of salsa.   • Definitely invest in running shoes. Get fitted at a store that specializes in running shoes. Expect to spend over $100, but it is completely worth it. Be very open with the person that is fitting you so he or she can help you find the right shoe. Good luck! You will be hooked on running in no time!
