I like my water with dried lemon slice. I just cut thin slices of lemon and dry it in oven. It only takes one to flavor water.

Hope it helps! I've been improving with massages, but about ready to try a chiropractor too. Makes it hard to keep up with regular walks, exercise. It will get better!

I am 63 and also a quilter. 3rd year of retirement from teaching high school. We do a little traveling with our motor home and I am active in a water aerobic group.

I take 2 viactin (chewable calcium, vitamin d) throughout day in addition to multivit. At start of day. This is on phyisician advice since I have osteopenia.
