I recently made a coconut curry soup with veggies. it was 2 cans of coconut milk, 2 cans veg stock, chopped kale, chopped sweet potatoes, chopped onions, chopped poblano chile ( not hot) spinach, not sure how much but tumeric, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste. its yummy.

thank you all. i don't track my food, it sounds bad but it drives me nuts looking up every single condiment and thing i eat… mostly i have a 80 cal meal replacement shake for 1 - 2 meals and eat dinner as usual…. idk… i think i will just only weigh myself every other month.

im dealing with the same thing, i can hardly put down 1800 cal/day. insanity wants me to eat 2800! it takes me like 2 hours just to eat the 4 egg omelet and toast. i dont get it..

im eating basically the same stuff i have been, just more of it, chicken, fish, salads, veggies berries, whole grains eggs etc. i get a GOOD amount of sleep as well at night.. only started being tired when i started insanity, but maybe its just my body adjusting

im kind of in the same boat.. ive only lost 5 lbs in the last almost 4 months. and i am working out hard in the gym AND doing Insanity daily plus the insanity diet. i dont really get it.

thank you all... aside from all the chemicals and stuff i just found out that certain non organic veggies etc have half of the nutrients and stuff because they have so many chemicals on them or something... but we live fairly close to a trader joes, i will have to stop in there and check it out, i have never been to one.

i use a blender and just blend everything because my juicer doesnt produce much just and the cleanup is super tedious... and is expensive...

idk its all confusing. according to MPF set at 1200 ill lose like one pound a week. which hasnt been happeneing at all. so im going to try upping my calories and see where that leads hopefully not to more weight gain!
