how do u log 30 d shred? just did the first day and i am beat..

The best way is to get a HRM and log the calories directly - otherwise I've heard circuit training is a pretty decent option.0

I log it as calisthetics (I know thats not spelled right...) for 20 mins, and adjust the calories burned. For a woman who weighs 150lbs, she burns about 167 calories per 20 mins.
