The best phrase I have learned over the past few years, "and is that true?" Ask yourself this in all of the areas that you struggle and it will indeed show you the truth....

My two sisters have tried it and both lost loads of weight. BUT they gained every single pound back and along the way found it really antisocial and of course it made no attempt to re-educate the palate or the stomach. It's a thumbs down from me.

I am 6 years out - posted my Before pic in Success Stories today - I won't pretend it hasn't been ( and still continues to be) a rough ride, but 111 pounds down I have no regrets. Feel free to add me if you'd like x
