The last 2 years i've given up facebook but since starting my weight loss I have joined a group on there and it's helping me with weekly weigh in's etc so I think I'm gonna give up chocolate and crisp's cause they are my biggest downfall

Like other my feet have gotten smaller, My ring slip's round so stones on my plam, and my watch is always sliding round when I wanna see the time, thats annoying, and I forever pulling up my jeans <clothes shopping after chrimbo me thinks

I'm still breast feeding my little girl who's now one and have been dieting on here for 135 days now and lost 40lbs. all i've done is set my goals at loose 1lb a week so my cal's are still high for my weight I get 1710 cal's a day this has not affected my milk production

I also swim, but just once a week for the 1st 4 weeks I maintained my weight but now I'm loosing every week :) someone said to me it can take your body up to 6 weeks to get used to a new routine, so it might just be your body adjusting :)

Or if I hit a wall were I'm not loosing I'll up my lb's lost from 1lb a week to 1 1/2lb a week seems to help kick start loosing again

I'm not sure there is much you can do, you need to be in the right frame of mind to get healthy and if she's not ready she will fail. I have been there many times thinking I should loose weight but wasn't at all ready so weight can back and I gave up quickly. I think the only thing you can do is keep going and trying to…

different thing work for different people, I'm sure someone on here could help you see where you might be going wrong, if you make your food diary public lot's of people are always willing to help and offer advice :)

I felt the same as you and now 91 days have past and I still love it :) like you I have a bog goal aiming to loose 80lbs at least fingers crossed maybe more :) and I feel confident that with MFP I'll get there :) good luck with your journey and feel free to add me for help and support

Good luck with loosing another stone, temptation is a pain, my other half is a chef and can cook some wonderful food but is not always the best for dieting :)

I find it's better if it's nice and cold, or I sometimes add squash, if you have Tesco they do some nice one's that taste of pear drop's , lemon sherburts or cola cubes and it's just 2 cal's

I'm not married yet (getting married 27th oct next year) I love everything about my man he's kind and considerate, I epes love that he's a chef and Is always cooking me wonderfully healthy meals :)
