  • Good for you! Way to go!! I did a 5K over the summer in July...I was 291...I used to be 400+ so yes it felt really good to do something rather than lay on the couch and watch the runners on tv! I cried too..it hit home at how far I have come and gave me the strength to keep going... Great blog and thanks for sharing!
  • Im on low carb...oikos Plain greek yogurt with a splenda and cinnamon and a few slivered almonds! yum! Nature Valley has a bar out there called "Protein" it is lower than the others in carbs but packed with protein and keeps you really full! I use nuts as well :)
  • Do whats best for you!!! I do a program that I eat less than 1000 cals a day...the food is nutritionaly packed for this extreme low calorie..Ive never been in starvation mode thus far...but re assess when your losses slow... We are all individuals...avoid the haters and stick with the great ones here..there are many!!
  • The breathing is definately a factor...you should always breath in through your nose and out through you mouth...also during weight training breath out during the excursion....that should help :)
