i've been told its good to do a colon cleanse at the beginning of your diet/change because it will flush your system and give you that clean start also it will get rid of the "bloated" feeling

I go to Bally in North Providence. I should of been more specific lol i would prefer a guy whos bigger than me (i need the push) females are good for cardio days. (you guys are hard to keep up with on cardio) lol

increase the weight. if your doing 10-12 reps you should be struggling by the time you reach rep 9

good question. my approach was eating 50 cal less each day this week and using sunday as my cheat day. that way i can enjoy some wings without worrying lol

hes right....the more you workout the faster it will get. also if you eat small portions every 2 hours or so it will also boost your metabolism. another trick is do cardio first thing in the morning (before breakfast) that will speed it up throughout the day

i got the same issue. i come up short and feel full. i make up the extra calories with protein shakes. you should try that.

i would push yourself too. i came down with a cold on tuesday and i still went and did cardio. no weights because i felt weak due to the cold but i went and got a good sweat now its thursday and i feel back to normal. also drink alot of orange juice. vitamin C will help you

i want to join! im currently at 215 and want to get to 180 by May 31st. I plan on eating 6x a day and staying under 17-1800 calories a day.

I have the Kinect and been looking into buying EA Active 2 but was a little hesitant on buying it because all of the other cheesy workout games that are available. After reading this thread i've have changed my mind. Thank You Guys
