  • I want in also, starting tomorrow. I figure since Im about a week late I will have to average 130 a day, but thats not too bad. Im also doing Jillians Ripped in 30, but I think this will be good to add an extra push to the workout.
  • I rested my body all weekend, and am ready to begin week 2...Im gon watch the session tonight to see what im up against for this week!! Congrats to everyone who made it through week 1, however far you went!!
  • WOW!!! Thats impressive!!! I will work my way up to it, now that I know its possible!
  • I am looking to do some tabata after I finish the Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels...I am curious though, how are you able to sustain enough energy to do tabata for 45 min? In the past when I tried it, I gave my all for 2 min, and I was done. I still haven't got all the way up to the recommended 4 min for the protocol.…
  • Well im not sure what my problem is,but since I started working out, I completely missed my TOM.(No chance of pregnancy) It just didnt show, and it seems like my body is just holding the fluids cuz my weight hasnt budged in about a week. Im hoping next month will correct itself.
  • W1D4 Complete! I thought I was much too sore and tired to do this evenings workout, but I chose to have a 1/3 of an oreo creme pie, so I knew I had to choose to do my workout. To my surprise, I was able to complete this workout in under 45 min! I didnt have to stop nearly as much, and my legs are definitely learning to be…
  • All I can say is take the journey 1 day at a time...when I try to look at the big picture, I get overwhelmed, so I just try and complete my daily goals and then look back on the accomplishments.
  • Yeah I did! The great thing is, that even tho Im fully back on "hard food" again, ive kept eating a lot of fruits and veggies, so I havent gained back all the water weight and everything. My weight has fluctuated maybe a pound the last 2 weeks. I have also started heavy exercising so that may have something to do with it.…
  • Just finished W1D3, and it was tough, but not as bad as D2. I was sore all day long, but I stretched real good before I started and when I got going with today's workout the soreness was bearable. I can feel strength coming to my thighs, so I can hardly wait for this weight to drop off of me!! Still going strong!
  • Week 1 day 2 complete! Yesterday I only did like 20 min, but today I was determined to finish. It took me about 52 min to finish it, but I stuck it out!
  • Its official, I was crazy! I did day 1 and only made it 20 min...for now I will be sticking with once a day...lol
  • I just went out and bought my dvd so Im ready...Im planning on doing a test run tonight to see how Im handling it. Also, my plan is to do it everyday at least once, but (unless im crazy) I wanna shoot for twice a day. This month won't be easy om sure, but its about to be holiday season, and discipline needs to be in full…
  • Thank you! I have found alot of very useful info on here so far!
  • I want to do this too! Im going out this weekend to get the dvd!
  • I just completed a 2 week juice fast on Monday night, and lost 16 lbs. Now I'm eating the raw fruits and salads to build my stomach back up to cooked foods. It was an alright experience. I would probably do it again.
