  • Hi .. I think any exercise is good for just starting out, I''m only doing treadmill almost up to 4.0 mph a hour a day. The most important is that your realizing and starting to make changes. Just stick with positive thinking and know your making a difference everyday :) Sending a FR!

  • I think plain water (maybe fresh lemon/lime is fine) but water is also to help flush your body not just to drink and hydrate you!   • SMOOTHIES!!! I cut up & freeze my fresh fruit, then I add raw fresh spinach, nonfat plain greek yogurt, Flaxseed, water, blend!!! You can change it daily!! It fills me up and I'm not dragging around feeling like I'm going to fall over!! Then after your workout if your hungry then eat something!!! Good Luck:)

  • Yes it works I use organic extra virgin coconut oil, same as EVOO, also I use it on my face as a moisturizer and hair as a hot oil treatment!!! I buy mine at the health food store not a regular store!! I'll find a really great link that tells you more detail about all the positives it's used for!!!
