Hello!!!
I have decided that I need to learn how to be healthier. It is soooo easy when you have someone cooking for you and buying the groceries. Now I have to makes these choices on my own... Wow, turns out, I need a little help. I also, need a little motivation and some suggestions. I will be super excited once I am able to get my hubby 100% on board with making good food choices. I know my life is not as busy as some others, but it still feels that way. I decided to start with what I am most comfortable with... jogging. Maybe one day I will be able to do a yoga headstand!!!

Hi .. I think any exercise is good for just starting out, I''m only doing treadmill almost up to 4.0 mph a hour a day. The most important is that your realizing and starting to make changes. Just stick with positive thinking and know your making a difference everyday

I too am trying to get healthier on my own and I'm having a hard time! In January I "went back to school" through distance ed courses. I am home all day and I'm finding myself snacking on anything and everything! This was supposed to be the winter that I lost weight since I'm at home and have no excuses! Help! I have to cook meals for my husband and daughter and I (for supper) but during the day its just me here and I need some great ideas for healthy lunches that I can have. I also need some motivation for exercise. I have a spin bike - but I don't use it as often as I should. I also have recently found some great hip hop dance/exercise videos on you tube that are fun to do. I'm open to any suggestions that you might have for me regarding food and or exercise. I originally wanted to lost 30 lbs by summer - but its sneaking up fast and I haven't lost a thing! Why do I do this to myself? I wanted to be able to buy some nice shorts and tank tops for summer - looks like I'll be covering up again!!0
