Help with planning healthy meals

I need help planning healthy meals for myself that are low calorie and low fat. I will eat anything except tofu. I really need help with this,i need to plan like a month worth of meals that will help me lose weight. Message me or post here.

    Congratulations on you upcoming wedding in June 2012. My granddaughter is getting married in May 2012, and I am trying to lose 100 lbs. by then.

    You have made the first step and that is the commitment to do this. I have been in it since July 3, 2011 and have lost 10 lbs. so far. Just keep your Food and Exercise Diaries and you will make it.
  • I find simpler is better. Pick 3 breakfasts, for example, and rotate them. I used to try to plan variety and it's exhausting and frustrating. I am more successful if I stick to tried and true, and I don't get bored.
