Theres an odd woman at my gym who i havent seen in a while. Does all the cardio with large weights in each hand and then does about 20minutes of 'jigging around' at the back of the gym. Cant help but smile if I notice she is in!

I use the C25K app for running in the gym, i think it was about £1.19 or thereabouts. Also in the past I have used the adidas micoach app (download is free). It also has a web tracking side to it similar to MFP, i found it made me more motivated in the gym as i had set workouts to use. Hope this helps! :)

I have my calories set at 1270 currently as my profile has me as 'lightly active'. I work out most days and eat my exercise calories and rarely have a deficit more than 100 calories. I have slowly lost some weight but after a loss it will be about 2 weeks before I see any further loss. I put this down to the fact that I…

I know exactly what you mean, I am exactly the same (except im not an ex athlete!) I seem to have a really toned back, which is getting more toned with the exercise I am doing but the belly fat will not shift! In fact, as my back in getting more toned, its making my belly fat stick out more! Argh!
