I have been wanting to try Mio. I love water but it is nice to sometimes have some variety. I like sparkling waters too. How long does it last? About how many bottles of water can you flavor with it?

The past few weeks my ankles and knees are hurting as well, especially going up stairs. I think it's all part of the workout and just that. However, if it does start to impede you from doing things and really turns into pain and/or swelling, then I would consult a Dr. PS,,, ibuprofen and heat pads help a lot :)

I take a women's multi vitamin, 2000mg of Vitamin D and I am going to start also taking Glucomanan. Glucomanan - I got some information about it helping with feeling full. I'll let you know if I do well with it starting it tomorrow. It was on Dr. Oz about being the BEST weight control supplement. :) Good luck! Jackie

So I did my 15 minute moderate dog walk and I got through it no problem. :) I'll do one or two more before the day is out. So that really helped and on a 95 degree day like today I am drinking lots and lots of water like everyone suggested. I know exactly what you mean. I do crave steak and red meat during this time. I do feel very weak and unwell if I don't get it. I'm not a big red meat eater, I only crave and need it during this time....so odd.:) Thanks for sharing and for the info.

I have heard a lot of good things about Zumba. I have not tried it but my niece loves it. I was looking more on the lines of free videos on line.
