I am also new to this site and really want to stay focused and lose some weight. Will power is hard at times but this site may just be what i need to stay on track.

    I am new to this site as well. Today is my first day.
    Wish me luck...Over the years, I have tried everything diet and program under the Sun.

    First - remove the word DIET from your vocabulary entirely!!! This whole venture is a lifestyle change that includes exercise, nourishment, your relationship with food, etc. This WILL become a habit even if you are away and not able to log on (I recently did four days at the beach and it was engrained in me when I was there!!!) You CAN do this!!! Friends available for support... B :happy:
